About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura Collin and I have been working in the fiitness industry since I was 16. My passion is helping people get fit for every day life. I work closely with many health practitioners, and take referrals from physiotherapists, osteopaths and sports therapists. You can also self-refer if you need help with mobility.

There are lots of people who want to get a bit fitter, or a bit more flexible, but find the whole concept of the gym far too daunting.

If you have limited mobility, or if you find that everyday tasks have become a bit more difficult because you're not as flexible as you would like to be, then I can tailor a programme specifically for you.

Exercises are based on Pilates principles and will help you develop your core strength, balance and posture through stretching and breathing. This in turn will allow you to build up your flexibility and mobility.

If you are already a gym bunny then don't discount Pilates. People who do weights should also do Pilates as strengthening your core muscles will strengthen your motor muscles too and help you build the body you want.
